Comparing two Baseline Sets?

Hi,

I am in need of a script that takes two Baseline sets, loops through them and checks which modules have been added/updated/not updated/deleted between these two baseline sets. I have quite a good idea about how I should do this, but it can never hurt to ask if someone already has done something like this. This output will be used to produce something like a "Release Notes" when we deliver a baseline of our requirements to the system development sub-project.
Any ideas, someone??
